nbajiee- each person may only open one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment account is strictly prohibited.

You are required to provide accurate information at the time of registration. Your name, mobile number, and date of birth must all be correct. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

• Never share your account password or login credentials with anyone.
• Managing an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
• To update your account details, please contact support.
• If you suspect any suspicious activity or a potential account breach, contact support immediately.

nbajiee This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. If an underage person is found to have created an account, the account will be permanently closed and the entire balance will be forfeited.

For large withdrawal amounts or in certain specific cases nbajiee National ID verification (KYC) may be required. This is standard procedure and is done to protect you.

You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name to make deposits. Deposits sent from another person's mobile banking account will not be accepted and may be returned.

• Withdrawals will always be sent to your registered payment account.
• nbajiee No additional charges are applied on withdrawals.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• If money laundering is suspected, withdrawals will be held pending verification.

The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only and can be claimed once per account. Any attempt to claim the bonus multiple times by opening additional accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.

Settlement rules for Sports Betting when a match is cancelled, suspended, or cut short:

• If a match is completely cancelled, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded.
• Settlement is made in accordance with the official result once it is announced.
• If one leg of an accumulator (multi) bet is voided, it is counted as odds of 1.0.
• For in-play bets, any bet placed after an event has started may be voided due to technical issues.

nbajiee Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — such as abnormally high or low odds caused by a data error — may be voided. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.

nbajieeA fair and equal environment is maintained for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Betting or playing games using bots or automated software.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Stealing another member's information or phishing.
• Exploiting any game vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the account will be permanently closed, the balance will be confiscated, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

nbajiee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• When evidence of a rule violation is found.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If a security risk or suspicious activity is detected.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• When the member personally requests account closure.

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closure. Any remaining bonus balance will not be available once the account is closed.
